Rising Pune Supergiants RPS New Name of Pune announced with Logo

For the next two years two new teams are introduced in the Indian Premier League due to ban of Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royal as per supreme court order. Earlier both the new teams known as Team Pune & Team Rajkot and now just before the IPL auction both the team renamed their team names. Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) will be the name of Team Pune and The Gujarat Lions (TGL) will be new name for Team Rajkot.

IPL 2016 Auction draft is ready which will be held on 6 Feb 2016. More than 300+ players are included in the list for the auction. Yuvraj Singh ,Aaron Finch ,Shane Watson and many more big names are there for the auction. Earlier 5 players have been chosen by the Rising Pune Supergiants franchises in December 2015 and we may see 15+ new players from this upcoming auction for the RPS.
