RCB vs RPS will be a big match of IPL T20 2016 as MS Dhoni brigade will be against the Virat Kohli’s Challengers. This will be the second chance when both the team Royal challengers Bangalore and Rising Pune Supergiants facing each other. In the previous battle RCB team defeated RPS by 13 runs and AB de Villiers was the man of the match. Dhoni have a chance to level the accounts by winning the match. It will be played on 7th May 2016 and will start at 4:00 pm on the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.

Both the team are failed to perform in the IPL 2016 so far. RCB is on the 7th position and RPS is on the 6th in the points table. Royal challengers Bangalore have played 7 match out of which they only won 2 match where Rising Pune Supergiants have lost 6 match out of 8 and earned 4 points. So both the team are on the same level and if they want to qualify into the play-offs than they have to win all the next matches including this one too.

If we look onto the performance, RPS team is suffered due to the injuries of various overseas players. First Faf du Plessis, then Kevin Pietersen, then Mitchell Marsh and now the batsman who scored century in one of the previous games for Pune team, Australian captain Steve Smith all are injured and ruled out of the IPL 2016. So this weakens the team. Usman Khawaja and George Bailey are signed as the replacement for the rest of the tournament. Lets see how MS Dhoni will lead the team now in front of the Bangalore team.

RCB is have many big names in their bag like Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers, Captain Virat Kohli, Shane watson and many more are there. But the main thing in which they are struggling is the bowling. They are scoring runs and putting big totals in front of opponents but not able to defend the target. So any how Virat Kohli and the coaches have to sort out this problem with the bowling and the team will be back on the track.
